The homestead is located in a quiet rural area, away from the city noise, 35 km from Vilnius. The most convenient access is via the Vilnius–Jašiūnai road (A15) – Paupio village, Paupio Homestead.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, check-out is until 12:00 PM, and on Saturdays until 11:00 AM.

The homestead can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests overnight, and up to 50 people for events or celebrations.
The homestead has a total of 9 bedrooms and 23 beds.
Main House (5 bedrooms – sleeps up to 12 people):

Sauna House (3 bedrooms – sleeps up to 11 people):

Yes, the homestead operates year-round and is suitable for both summer and winter stays.
The buildings are heated by a fireplace, and each room also has additional electric heaters.

Yes, the homestead has a sauna and/or a hot tub. Usage must be arranged in advance.
Yes, the entire homestead is rented to one group only, ensuring full privacy. The area is partially fenced.
Yes, the homestead is located on the bank of the Merkys River and also has a pond suitable for swimming.
Fishing is allowed in the Merkys River with a valid fishing license. Fishing in the pond is not permitted.
Yes, the homestead has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary dishes and appliances: an oven, electric cooktop, microwave oven, two refrigerators, and a dishwasher. There are also two outdoor grills.

Yes. Catering arrangements must be made in advance.
Yes, the homestead is suitable for family celebrations, birthdays, seminars, team-building events, and corporate gatherings. For larger events (more than 50 people), prior agreement is required.
Outdoor music is permitted until 10:00 PM, in accordance with Lithuanian law. After 10:00 PM, music is allowed indoors only.

Yes, the homestead offers a volleyball court, a basketball hoop, table tennis, and ample space for active recreation.
Yes, free parking is available for guests within the homestead territory.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash. An advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 6 weeks before the event. Cancellations made later will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
